2.5t & 5t front axle spindle question

Does anyone know what the inside diameter of the front axle spindles are and what the stub axle shaft diameters are for both the deuce and 5T?

5ton axles will not fit in the 2.5 housings.

I'm not planning on swapping anything. Merely interested in how large the axles are and how much clearance they have in the spindles.

Sorry I don't have any 5ton parts here to measure..., anyone??

For the M35 front axles it is:

• Spindle inner diam. = 1-3/4"
• Stub-schaft, O.D. at splines = 1-5/8"
