2008 M915A111 electrical or Transmission trouble

I have a 2008 M915A111 Freightliner. I have power to the key however when you push the starter button it will not start. The Allison transmission display is showing two x's or cat eyes. Does anyone have any ideas on what this could be. Also looking for any manuals for this truck. Thanks guys in advance for your help.

Check the fuses in the black box.

The Allison will inhibit cranking under certain conditions. Pull the codes on the Allison to see why it is unhappy (should have N displayed).
