.30 Over Bore

I have heard of .030 over during engine rebuilds, but the rebuild tag on my 6.2 HMMWV motor states it was bored .30 over. Does the rag really mean .030 or .30?
I don't think it's even possible to have any cylinder wall left with a .30 bore over. That would make it a 7.1L diesel.

It should be .030. Like you said, .30 would put you into the water jackets.
