4 man Soft Top Kit Question

I just tried to install a new Soft Top kit (2 handrails and 2 bows). I didn't get any hardware, and I think there may be some missing retainer for the bows? Can you folks let me know if I should have gotten the retainer for the bows. Or do I just screw the bow directly to the handrail? In the diagram it shows the retainer part #7with screws #10 and #8 holding it to the rail. plus, I am missing #9, and #12 9bolts) and I don't even know what else).

NM... MME contacted me and stated that I didn't get the screws or the bow feet... this answers my question. Man, this is aggravating... Figures.
