4a084 timing

I just goy my magneto rebuilt, now how to I set up the timing. I have tried aligning the marks on the gears but the motor is off time.

I have all the TM's for this engine and Gen in pdf. TM 9-2805-259-14, engine, 20 HP. Will show you step by step on Ignition Timing and Adjustment/Magneto and gear Installation. Let me know if you want it.
