Rizzo,
The Mack engine will have the injection pump on the passenger side of the engine and the turbo will be on top of the exhaust manifold instead of on the bottom like a multifuel.Also the starter will be on the drivers side of the engine,hope this helps.

Yeah, same air cleaner and same exhaust stack. Need to get the hood open and then the difference will be aparent
