6.2 to 6.5 turbo ?

Picking up a GEP turbo in a little while, was wondering who else has done this kind of upgrade and if anyone has any tips and tricks they could share with me.
I will have my buddies shop to help with the heavy lifting, but I would like to invite people to share their experiences and advice for this kind of upgrade.
