A truck M882 in France.

Good morning everyone.
This is my dodge.
M880 I bought this four years ago, it is my first American car.
IT was on blocks without wheels for years.
A rod was broken carburetor, no spark plug and no wiper.
Not the rubber door seal and reservoir holes.
It works very well for some time but a snap of the string NP 203 (I guess) is felt, it's unpleasant.
I must set the headset as it is important.
It is a permanent four-wheel Gear box Torque flite A-727.
For the limited slip differential or not?
I need is an addendum?
I lack of knowledge so I have not done for now.
I released only when I need him.
I would like to rebuild the military truck he was.
