Remember to warn anyone that uses an air ratchet to mount or remove a wheel, cuz they will twist the stud right off!
If you go to an over the road truck tire dealer, they are used to seeing left hand thread lug nuts on the left side of a truck!
There are a number of trucks with that set-up besides Military trucks.

My 1969 Plymouth Roadrunner had the left and right hand threads too.
