Some nice stuff in this build.

Maybe I'm ignorant of the ways of the world, but does that subframe system (see very end of video) seem to be all over the place at the slightest bump?

I'd almost be afraid of what that would do in a gusty crosswind going down the highway. I wonder if it could be dampened?

Take the spares off the back of the truck and try it again.
That weight at that lever/moment is maybe too high so far behind the axle.
