I hope this helps you.
Our brakes were like pushing on a stone wall. Full pedal, but no brakes.
We took the air pac apart and at first found no obvious problems. It was nice and clean and found nothing broken.
So we cleaned it all up even better and while doing so found it had brakee fluid behind the air cylinder piston as well as in front. We figured the piston must be worn so replaced with another used one we had from another air pac.
We also saw that the smaller piston cup appeared very worn and it fell right thru the cylinder. So we took the other apart and saw it was much tighter.
So we switched the pistons.
We assembled and bled everything and it is working well now.
So I guess we found the problem.
I hope this helps you.
And thanks again to all the guys that helped me.
