Anyone running 44 inch tires?

There is a steal on some new 44" pitbulls nearby. I have been looking for 42" or 43" but nothing has come up. These 44s look brand new and like I said the price is right. My truck has 4" total lift (2" suspension and 2" Body lift) you guys think it would fit 44x19.50-16 tires?

I think at 7” oversized, that would be too much of a tight fit, even with a 4” lift.
