Are they any sort of adapters to make the radio power plugs useful?

I have a M1008.



So it has this plug under the dash that I believe would have gone to a radio. It also had a cord in the bed that would have gone to the amphenol.

Is there, or has anyone tried making an adapter to make those useful for anything else? I've been thinking of adding a cig lighter so I could plug in a charger for my cell phone, but if it would be possible to make use of the existing plugs I would prefer that.

If you are talking about the big round plug attached to the bottom of the dash, that is the diagnostic port, and is not for radios.

Ah, thanks for the clarification about the port in the cab. I'll get some pictures of the other cord. Its the main power cord that goes to the amphenol splitter.
