Aux fuel switch issues

When switching to aux tank the engine stalls like it is not getting fuel. Aux tank is full.

I looked and couldn't find the part in a TM where it provides diagnostic steps and diagram for this switch. Any help appreciated.

HMMWV's have auxiliary tanks?

If it was an old Ford F150, I'd say check the fuel pump relay for the switch, then check the bad pump directly. It was always one or the other of these things.
