Best way to ship small truck parts

I have some small truck parts (about 300 pounds) to ship from OK to SOCAL.

What is the best way to do this? I know I could call a freight company, but I am interested in alternatives too.

Thank for your help

If you have a fastenal store near both locations and the person on the other end doesn't mind picking up from a fastenal store they ship pretty cheap they use your load to finish out short loads on their trailers.

I've used okcauctionservices and I've also used fastenal to ship things. Both have been good.

For picking things up from the gl warehouse there in OKC I'd go with OKC services as he's there daily picking up stuff and does more than just ship...I've got another pallet of stuff for him to pick up this week.
