That switch has been the same since it's introduction in 1950, still being made now by various mfgrs. With a multimeter you can verify continuity between pins as you move the selectors. Other than that it is not exactly serviceable. DC Electronics is not one of the better mfgrs of it.

In the early 50's tactical lighting switches made by Bendix had TWO receptacles, one for the truck's lighting, the other for the trailer connections via a separate loom to the NATO 12-wire receptacle.

I figured it’s trash but I was holding out hope of it being repairable. My unlock switch doesn’t move and the top switch b.o. drive to service drive doesn’t seem to grab any modes while it moves.

this thread has the pin out, you can check continuity from pin F which is power in to which ever circuit you are having trouble with.
