Maybe I'm missing it, but I don't see a description!

It's an Alvis Scorpion. Technically an armoured recon vehicle, rather than a tank, but that is for purists to worry about.
Cool, vehicles, and quite zippy.

The attached picture is one that used to belong to one of our SS members.

Yes its streetable In the UK , as are 4 wheelers, side by sides and three wheeled robins, BUT, when I lived there they were always pulling me over to look at my Jeep J-10 Honcho and Camaro, go figure
