Bobbed deuce fuel cutting out?

So I just Obbed the deuce. I don't have the bed on yet but have been driving it for 2 days. Feels like the fuel is cutting out especially down hill. It feels the same when I'm almost ready to change gears. Not sure if this is because there isn't a real load on the engine or not. Each gear starts out fine but when I reach a certain speed it automatically cuts out until I switch gears. The turbo definately doesn't work as hard as it did when it was a 6x6. Any ideas? Thanks, joe

Thanks guys, took a look at the air filter and found out some nice made a new hOme for themselves. The air filter was surrounded by pink home insulation. Guess that stuff really restricts airflow. Anyway, I cleaned it out and decided to build a snorkel why I was at it. I'll post pics. Later. The deuce has all its power back!

I'm starting to think that snorkels are the "new" spoiler(rear wing).

Thanks a lot Hollyweird.

I would still check fuel filters. If they are dirty you will loose power especially on hills and in situations like you mentioned.
