That is a great video! Thanks for posting it. IMHO an LMTV is unsuited and unequipped for such punishment, by original design goal. No way an LMTV can compete with a Unimog.

Short list:. No portal axles, all the air lines on the axles would get ripped off, no diff locks, open driveshafts easily damaged (and slip joints would pump full of mud). Fix those shortcomings and the LMTV/FMTV might be competitive.

Each vehicle has its place.
