Cab reinforcing plate rivet tool

Hello all. For those of you that have installed the cab reinforcing plate for m66 ring mount use. who makes a good pneumatic rivet gun/tool. i dont look forward to doing this job with the manual unit i have. Any suggestions? thanks kyle

Not sure if you are using solid or blind rivets, but Home sells aviation riveting tools.

Frequently they have used tools like 2X rivet guns for installing solid rivets. As for the blind rivets, there are a number of hand rivet tools for "pop rivets" that will pull a blind rivet.

I have guns for installing Huck and Cherry and Cherry Max blinds. You won't like the price of the guns or the nose pieces, so unless you have hundreds to install, purchase a good pop rivet gun and use it.

i was looking at one of the "Heavy Duty 17-1/2" Hand Riveter" like the one shown on on the right side of that page, but, then an old saying came to mind "work smarter not harder" thanks

drilling is the worst parts, esp the doubled up door posts.

I too used a hand gun for both my trucks. the arms were about 18' long though.
