Can you fill out a EUC in advance?

I am new here. Thinking about bidding on a M1009. Can I go ahead and fill out and submit a EUC now, or do I have to wait until I win an auction?

Sure, you can fill it out in advance and have it ready, but you cannot submit it until the auction has been won.

The EUCs are tied to the event number. You can win many (or one) items in that event but you would only have to submit one EUC.

If you didn't win an item in that event number and had already submited the paperwork, that would be a waste of everyones time.

So, you can fill it out and have it ready, but you can not submit it in advance of winning and paying for the item.

If it arrives before they make the 'award' (usually about midnight-3am) they will reject it, period. Best to wait till about 8am east coast time the next day, or until you get your winning bid notification.
