Can't post a claassified ad even though I have 140 posts. WTF???!?!?!?!?!?!??!???

When I saw the title I thought "oh no, here we go again". You should be good to go with 141 post though unless they've raised the post count again for some reason.

I'm not sure if this is something a mod has the power to fix. If it's an admin problem you could be waiting a while.

What sez you need 100 posts? Capture a screen shot of the error or message you get, and send it to me. If I can't fix it, Ill send it on to Chris.

Just tried to post a bupkiss ad...and it let me!

I was under the assumption that the forum software would automatically "switch on" the privilege once you crossed the 100 post milestone. I guess that is not necessarily the case?

I think you need 142 posts for the automatic "switch on" function to trigger
If it does not...then you gotta have 100 more posts bringing the total to 346.

My math was intentional and makes as much sense as a large part of the classified adds.

I looked at one that was on the front page of the forum cause I was really interested in the item. The listing was about 6 months old and had three questions at the bottom from interested folks...none answered.

I don't usually look in the classsifieds because:

1. Stuff is priced (if given) at retail (mostly)
2. Stuff has no price listed at all (often)
3. I don't recognize the seller from SS participation
4. I'm a cheap bastage.
