Carc paint over

Hello Gents
I finnaly unrolled my cargo cover for my Deuce and put it on I thought it was OD green but what I was seeing was the underside it is carc on the outside. My deuce has the older 4 color paint pattern that I like I am in the process of repainting and am wondering if I can paint over the carc on the cab cover and the cargo cover with the std rapco / Gillespi (spelling) paint will it stick and how would it wear on the flexible vinyl.

I don't think it'll last more than a few days over the vinyl.

They do make a flex agent to be added to the paint for that application. Need to speak to someone from a paint shop for that info
