Meguiar's plastx. I used to use it to polish the plastic rear window of a convertible I owned. It works pretty well if you follow the directions.

This is what used and it works perfectly. I did all 4 windows in under an hour. In stock at most Walmarts.

I’m using 303 marine protectant, available at marine stores and amazon. Does a good job keeping my windows clean on my hmmwv.

Pilots have been flying behind plastic windows for generations and all of it at high speeds in air filed with all sorts of particals. The very best and most efficient cleaning, restoring, and polishing products are made for aircraft. It is a three step process; cleaning, filing, and polishing. Sporty's Pilot Shop is a good place to begin looking.
