Clear Coat Over Water Base Paint

Gentlemen,

Can someone advise if the water based Behr paint from Home Depot mentioned in this section of the forum can be sprayed with a clear coat. In addition, can you list the name of the product and where it is available?

I would appreciate any assistance.
