That may actually be a Styr truck which was the original designer/builder of that.

That is a Stewart & Stevenson made truck. There were a few RHD trucks that were sold off during the liquidation of the Sealy facility in 2014, along with other R&D vehicles. My Pinzgauer was among those vehicles.
You can see in the video the air tanks/battery compartment, and the later FMTV grille. The Steyr trucks had disc brakes. The cab sheetmetal was about the only thing that made it to the FMTV from the Steyr

I guessing it came from Wang's inventory. Which came from the Sealy facility along with many, many, many, other things

Yah, I would say Wang's truck, he's has over a hundred trucks, even several Hybrid trucks, those are very unique!

Thanks. My curiosity is mainly the hybrid design info. Emailed them to see if they have knowledge of links to old military or otherwise reports on these hybrids.

It's not hybrid's like electric or modern it's like one offs made out of military trucks used in movies.
