"Connection reset while loading"

Is anyone else getting this error message after a screen starts loading? The page goes away and I am prompted to "try again". I do not think this is as SS forum issue

Sometimes it reloads the SS page on second try, sometimes it never loads. No trouble with other web sites, but, again, I don't think it's SS problem because SS loads every time to my wife's smart phone.

It has been doing this on-off for about a week. Any suggestions?

Have any other devices to use from your ISP? Phone able to use wifi? Just to isolate the issue. If the problem persists, there might be a networking issue from your ISP.

Hi Patracy,

I appreciate your ongoing help on this issue. Update: I have full and error free access from my PC to Steel Soldiers right now, and for last couple of days. Might have been working longer but I didn't check. I have made no changes to my PC but have no idea what Verizon, my ISP, might have done that fixed the problem.

I'm hoping the 'fixed' condition continues!
