Correct Paint for Black Metal Parts & Stencil Material for HMMWV

Those of you who are using Rapco/Gillespie paints for the body, are you using the 911 Black for your metal bumpers, brush guards, etc.? I have a NOS rhino tire carrier that appears to be in a flat or CARC finish, bur a raw A2 airlift bumper, brush guard, and winch plate to paint. The metal bumpers & wheels I've seen in a satin finish or powder coat certainly "look" nicer and more durable, but not sure if it really is.

Also, does anyone have a good source for the correct font oil board stencils for a HMMWV? I found someone who custom cuts stencils but couldn't find just the standard premade ones anywhere.
