There locked up, and yeah, if it can be unbolted or taken, its been removed. Understandable though. They all could use a paint job. The summers out there are harsh.

Wish M48s like that one in the pic were more common in collector hands. Quite a large chunk of iron, I'd love to have it in my local parade!
