Crate Shipping from Fort Wayne GovPlanet

I got a tent from gov planet yesterday and just trying to figure out ltl pickups from a base.
Ive only picked up in person before.

Crate is 850 90"x46"x42" and im getting quotes to ny for 250

Is it easy for LTL to pickup on a base?
gp says driver must have release form? is it a big deal for driver to have bill of lading?

You get the govplanet guys email and you email him the release form and the BOL to attach to the pallet
