Does anyone have any experience with US customs (phone extension #s) to enable me to transport US manufactured armor into Canada for a show in Ontario and return entry into the US?

Sounds like an ITAR question, not just for DHS (customs) but also DOJ...

You may need an export license even though you aren't selling.

I'd recommend EXTRA caution crossing that line.

This will be very difficult if the APC is any newer than 1945 vintage. In Canada you would need permission and licensing from the Controlled Goods Directorate to bring the vehicle into Canada, even temporarily
