CTIS problem

I've searched the forum and read the TMs and can't find anything on the problem I'm having. My CTIS on my A3 seems to be working fine, except that in highway mode the tires are inflated to 60 PSI instead of the 45 PSI that they should be. I haven't checked the pressures in the other modes. Additionally, I have one rear tire that remains flat (less than 20 PSI). There are no air leaks, so I'm not sure why just one tire won't air up. Can anyone point me in the right direction to solve these problems? Thanks.

Can't help you with the 60 psi. but you could have a bad value on the tire that doesn't go over 20 psi.
