How many lugs does your M1009 K5 Blazer have? After looking at that you will answer your own question.

I thought offset was an issue

Stock M1009 has 6-lug wheels. The data listed in the first post indicates that is an 8-lug wheel. So, no worky unless the axles have been swapped from something like an M1008.
