Just wanted to give an update for the serpentine belt tensioner for the Cummins 8.3 engine. I used Cummins Quickserve with my engine serial number, and it called for p/n 3911621. So, I ordered it through my local Cummins dealer. I was presented with p/n 5333478, at a cost of $82. It is a Dayco part, here are some pics. There is a similar thread on this, but the title does not contain 8.3, so it may be harder to find with a search.
