dash board blues

Need some help. I ripped all the foam and vinyl off the dash in 1028 thinking I would have a 50's ear solid metal dash I could just paint. NOPE. Quarter size holes everywhere. Any idea what to do next is greatly needed and appreciated.

just picked up a mint one at the junkyard last week. if you want to pay shipping there are a few more at the pick a part...i think they cost around twenty bucks.
