I am installing a DB2831 5149 on my 6.2 and I have run into a problem with the fan cut out switch. I have the bracket but I can't find where it mounts. None of the mounting holes on the pump fit the bracket...
And the cut out switch doesn't seem to mount underneath the TPS because the slot that is in the switch itself does allow for a flush mount of the TPS.
What am I missing?

Unless the fan cut out switch doesn't mount on the pump at all, but the rod simply connects to the throttle bracket.... which would make more sense. Confirmation?
It would have been helpful if the diagram in the manuals showed the bracket actually installed.
