I jsut put a new radiator on, I've checked the thermostst, and flushed the whole cooling system, and my truck still runs at just a hair under 200 degrees. Is this really abnormal? If so, what should I check next?

the water pump impellar could be loose, and turning on the shaft, pull it out and see if it will turn on the shaft

If you have the 195 degree thermostat, you are right on. My truck shows about 190 on the road.
