what does a M35a2 loaded with 33 - 9.00x20tires on wheels and a empty fuel drum look like when you get home? made a trip to hooks and picked up 32 tires and already had a spare, spare, in the back. i forgot to take out my fuel drum. i don't think i could have put a route 44 sonic cup back there it was so full. then pick up my M101a3 w/CBC. truck ran like a dream.

what i don't understand is the speedometer showed i was getting 3 MPH faster after loading? i am guessing it was a false reading with the tires loaded.

Old military trucks are great for hauling tires/wheels.
You're lucky they were not 1100's or bigger!

i had to unwrap them and take them off the pallets to get them all in the truck with the cover on. if i had left the fuel drum like i planned it would have been easier.

attached drawing:
the left part is top view looking down and the right is looking from the passenger side. not to scale but it will give you and idea how tight it was packed. wall to wall and floor to canvas.
