Distance from back of cab to front of bed

My bed is off the truck and I need to know how much space there is on a stock M35 between the bed and the cab. If someone with a truck that's in one piece could measure that for me I'd really appreciate it!

Wow, I should have known that there was a proper diagram! My reaction to the question was "the soft top just fits down the gap and I have a hard time getting my hand in to deal with the bungee cord, so it is a small gap".

I have a ton of his diagrams also but not all. I keep telling Gerhard to make a large post with "all" his diagrams. I'm serious ! They are a tremendous asset to our community and should be saved.

Yeah would be great to have one zip file for easy download. Then just update it every few months.

Not quite enough room to place a winch between the cab/bed but it's possible to do.

Do you have any more pictures of that setup? I'm actually thinking about doing something else, but this is an interesting idea I might want to build in. I'm assuming the idea is to pull stuff into the bed up a ramp?
