"DLA waiting on Materials"....

After about 9 weeks of waiting for my SF97 and Montana title, I decided to email customer service to see what the status was............... Their response was the DLA just provided them an update today and that they are waiting on materials.............. WTF, are you telling me they are out of paper so my SF97 that I have been waiting on is because they can't source paper????

Anybody else receive this message from Govplanet customer service?

If you are referring to me, their response was as of this morning.

I have 6 of them dating back to 5-25-2017...........still no SF97.

My Lawyer has said if enough of us get together we could file a class action lawsuit on these folks or at a minimum get damages.

I don't want to go down that road but had they said I could not get an SF97 in a timely manner I would have not bid.
