Dual Circuit CTIS System

Anyone interested in a dual circuit ctis system? This means the front and rear tire pressures are able to be programmed independently to have better tire wear and ride quality. Some of the factory black ctis controllers are able to use this system or the newer MRAP controllers with the weight/load buttons.

Would be fairly easy to do since all the logic is in the controller and the PCU just has an extra control line. You would just have to add the control line from the cab to the front QRV and leave the existing line to run the rear axle(s). And of course any wiring between the controller and PCU would need to be added. Definitely doable.

I already looked into it and absolutely doable. Swap out the PSU and run 6 new wires in the harness. I was thinking along the lines if there was interest in a complete plug and play kit to do so.

Yea you would need a different 2 output PCU and wiring, or add a Y gate solenoid to switch the LMTV single channel PCU output between the front and rear systems.

have thought about this as an option to my manual control system if needed, but my build goal is to try and balance the axle weights as close as I can…
