Easy Access to E-brake Parking Brake Warning Light and Glow plug regulator wait light.

I am just a basic kinda dude trying to make it in the complicated world of Humvees. I go to the TM's and most of the time I can understand and follow them with only 5 to 10 hours of re-reading and looking at photos. I am a hands on person who has always learned by doing things, not reading instructions. Who out there can tell me the quickest way to replace the E-brake light and the glow plug regulator start light? Anyone?

Up under the dash on the left side of the steering wheel and/or pull the instrument cluster. It helps if you have hands like ET, which I don't... So it ends being a tight struggle.
