The question might have been asked before, but why is editing in conversations not allowed?. I mean it looks terrible if you make some spelling or pasting errors and happen to click commit and can't edit it. Or being forced to make an additional post if you just have some stuff you want to add to your post in order to avoid people looking through 5 pages of posts to find that link or bit of info you said you would go look for in post number 4.
I assume there is a logic reason behind it, but I am curious as to what it is since the conversations etc tends to look cluttered sometimes.
