Electronic speedometer kit

Does anyone have a copy or link for the installation instructions for the 0-80 electronic speedometer kit? I’m buying it piece by piece. In the kit it shows a new plate for a resistor? Is it relocating the resistor behind the dash? I can’t find the insulation instructions anywhere. Any help would be appreciated thanks. Or if anyone is selling the whole kit.
