Just bought a 1970 deuce with 32,000 miles . It ran fine for a week or so with me driving it every other day. But yesterday I let it idle after driving it and it was warmed up and it sounded like I was a cylinder down , but when I give it throttle it goes away. Driving down the road it acts like it doesn’t have full power than it will come out of it and then it will come back especially shifting gears. I orders all new filters for it. Just wondering if bad filters could cause this or should I be looking else where?

You might start with fuel filters...
