Engine junction Block

On the M1009 CUCV does anyone know how the junction block on the fire wall is supposed to work. It is the 12 volt junction beside the glow plug relay. When I bought mine it was deleted so I am trying to get my charging system to work. Any info would be nice I just need to know its function like did is just have strictly 12 volts running between both polls?

Yep. Fed from the front battery, and then feeds a few fusible links (4? I think.. er wuz it 6??..) that feed other things. That diagram linked above will help.
