I was thinking it was that damned blinker green light blinding him as he was driving...
I did love the slide when he slammed on the brakes.. pretty clear he had no idea that rig didn't have anti-lock brakes.

Everything considered, it worked out really well. Truck is still in good shape. Nobody got flattened. Police didn't have to run after him on foot... The driver needs to be given a sledge hammer and a block of granite. Make a big rock in to pea gravel - then repeat several times. Then he won't have the energy to do it again.
