How vigorous is the GP site in Fayetteville abut collecting late fees?

I was about a week late on a pickup in May and there was no mention of a fee, but I did make the pickup appointment prior to the deadline.

Same here I was 2 weeks late when my truck broke down. I told him I would get it asap. He understands things happen. They just don't want people to leave stuff forever.
