Fire dept tank removal from M211

Well,after staring at the huge tank in the bed of the M211 and knowing that the longer I leave it on there the flatter the springs are gonna get,I decided to pull out the die grinder and cut the welds,and lift it off of there.

Now all that's left is to grind all the welds down and fix a few holes and the bed is back to stock. I even noticed the rear star on the tailgate is visible. Here's a few pics.

looks like you had fun. probibly came off easier than that liftgate on the back of mine. thank god they didnt weld that on like half the other ones ive seen. rob
