There appears to be a tag on the heater, see if it has a manufacture date on it. Check other components for dates as well. It might help you to zero in on the year of the M151.

I will be selling the ROPS. Yes, I have looked at all data plates and no year to be found. It is an AM General manufacture so I am assuuming late 70's?
